If you’ve been hearing about the new U.S. tariffs on Canadian products, you might be wondering: Will this affect my order from Bellies Inc.?

Important Update for U.S. Customers – Tariffs & Shipping

We know the current U.S. tariff situation is confusing, and we appreciate your patience.

Until August 29, 2025, our Canadian-made products shipped to the U.S. duty-free under Section 321 of the U.S. Tariff Act. However, a U.S. Executive Order issued on July 30, 2025 suspended duty-free (de minimis) treatment for all countries as of August 29, 2025.

Because our products are made in Canada but use imported fabrics, tariff rules are unclear. While we hoped our products would qualify as CUSMA-compliant and remain tariff-free, we have been advised that duties must be charged and paid.

After hearing from many U.S. families who still wanted access to our products, we have reopened U.S. orders with the following changes:

  • Available products: The Ab Wrap, The Bellies Band, and The Total Support Kit only

  • Duties: Duties will be charged at checkout and prepaid by us before shipment

  • Customs: You should not be charged additional fees, but final decisions are made by U.S. Customs and are outside our control

  • Shipping schedule: Orders ship Mondays only (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) due to the extra time consuming work that comes with shipping and tariff processing.

  • Shipping speed: 1–2 day shipping is no longer available—please order with enough time for customs processing and shipping (4-10 day shipping after customs clearance)

Tariff rules continue to change, and we cannot guarantee outcomes. This reflects the most accurate information we have at this time. (January 21, 2026)
